I voluntarily signed up for, alledgedy, a starter kit for "Fast Google Income."  The cost was just under $5.00 and I provided my Visa card information.  I never received the information.  In Jan. (2+ months later) I received an e-mail notice that my account was about to be billed again within 48 hours.  I called the customer service number,, 877-267-2063 and first spoke to "Justin" who stated that if I had read the "fine print" I would have understood that I was going to be billed. At that time I discovered that $84.79 had been billed to my credit card in November. After attempting to explain to no avail that I was living on unemployment, had just left the hospital after an emergency major surgery, and needed my money to live; I was informed that the money could not be refunded.  I ask for a supervisior but was told that they could not help me.  I remained insistent and spoke with "Tony Elsworth" who wanted all my identifying info. and a statement of the problem again.  I complied.  I was told again that a refund could not be made.  I ask for Mr. Elsworth's supervisior and was told there was not one.  I ask for a contact for their coporate office or governing body and was told there was not one.  I ask with whom I could launch a complaint and he could give me no information in any form.  In my research I found Horizon's LLC and their phone number connected me with the same people again.
