We sent our laptop to be repaired by this company because we needed it back quickly. They received the computer on December 31, 2008. The problem that was diagnosed cost more to repair than we wanted to spend right then so we agreed to pay for the diagnoses and return shipping.
When we did not receive the computer in a couple of weeks I contacted them by phone. They said they would get the computer back to us. When they failed to send the computer my husband contacted them by email. My husband received an email from Jamie Steadman on February 24, 2009 promising to send us a tracking number. We have not heard from them since then although I have sent repeated emails. We just want the computer back.
