First, I have to make the obvious comment....WHY did you bring a clutch/driveline repair to a "Fast Lube and Tune" ??

Chances are, with the problem that you are describing, it is most likely a loose/broken vacuum line, or possibly a sensor.

Bring it back to them again, arrange to drop it off first thing in the morning and demand that they perform a diagnosis. If they continue to blow you off, insist that they give you an invoice, or some sort of paperwork showing that your vehicle was there as a "re-check" or a diagnosis.... make sure they write/type in your complaint on this paperwork, and their
conclusion of the diagnosis.

You may want to do this at least twice, give them 2-3 chances to correct the problem (be sure to get paperwork each time) if they can't fix it.... bring it to a trusted repair shop, explain the problem and show them your paperwork. You will most likely have to pay for a diagnosis and/or repair, if it was something that Fast Lube did, or neglected to do, have the second shop put it in writing.

With that, you can consider small claims court.
But I have a feeling, whatever the problem is it will cost you less then $100 to correct and it may not be worth the time and effort to bring a claim against them.

This could turn into a costly lesson ..... don't bring a clutch/ driveline repair to a "Fast Lube and Tune".

Good Luck!
