I did 3 weeks of work for Gary Schatz owner of a franchise for fas teks in south florida. I did as the contract specified , calling prospected clients and visiting them if they were willing to see me. The first week i was paid 31 hours for doing just that and I got 3 potential leads. The second week I drove to different locations while making calls in my car as instructed and go about 4 more leads. The third week I made more calls and got 3 more lead. A total of 61 hours for two weeks. When I faxed in the report Gary Schatz refused to pay me saying that he needed proof and that the potentials weren't enough. I forwarded to him my info and he said that wasn't good enough , he wasnt going to pay me and even called me name. Now I'm out of money and a job and fell like I've been scammed

In 26 Years of Business I have never met anyone like Issac

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Mon, December 08, 2008

I have been in business for over 26 years in South Florida and have never met anyone like Issac before. He signed a contract with my company to do sales and the contact was very specific on the reporting aspect of the contract. For the first week he did everything according to the contract and I paid him accordingly. But for the next two weeks, I could not get hold of him. He would not answer his cell phone or respond to me by email or text messaging. Having said that, when the payroll was to come out, I received a call from guess who? Issac. He wanted to be be paid for not working.
I explained to him that he had not supplied me with any documentation of his work hours or the business contacts that he had made over the past two weeks. He told me that he would get them for me and email them over.
About a week later, I received an email with a bunch of companies copied off of the yellow pages online that he said that he contacted.
I called 10 of the companies to for follow up information and not one of the companies remembers him ever being there.
So in conculsion, who is ripping off who, Issac? You want to be paid for a job you never did. Maybe in your world you get paid for nothing, but in mine, you have to earn your money.
I have already contacted the Better Business and gave them the same report. Maybe you should be out looking for real job, insead of filing false reports, but I guess thats easier than working for you money.
