I attended darren weeks fast talk investment seminar, with his complete staff of adolescent salespeople. It was advertised as an educational seminar based on RICH DAD books.
Turned out to be a really baaaaaad, low class sales pitch for dubious real estate in Honduras, some dubious tax shelters based on charitable contributions to cure aids somewhere etc., etc.
Lots of crap about how high net worth investors find low risk deals and infinite returns, while they sell really really scary looking investments which I am quite certain will not even get you a return OF your money, much less a return on your money.
As an investment and real estate expert I have to say if you run into this guy, do some homework on the internet, read the consumer reports, CBC Marketplace documentary etc, and RUUUUUUUUN for the hills, (while telling your friends to avoid him.
