Complaint Review: Faster Jags

Ordered a ~$425 "Growler" Lucas Air Intake for a '79 XJ-S.
The intake was shipped a week and a half later.

I received the intake a little more than 2 weeks after ordering. However, it's wrong. The drivers side PCV and AAV fittings are not in the correct location and come into contact with the EGR system. As a result, the drivers side intake is going to require some minor modifications, which I'm willing to do, but not happy about (advertised as a bolt on). The passenger side intake is also wrong, it's for a Marelli and has two holes that should not be there.

I've tried contacting Brian to exchange the intake, but haven't heard back.
I can certainly understand sending the wrong part in error, but the lack of communication is totally unacceptable. I've left multiple phone messages and sent emails, which have gone unanswered.
