This company is one of the worst that I have ever dealt with.  I paid them $56.00 (USD) for them to create 2 logos for me with the option of getting a refund if I do not like the logos that they sent.  Because I paid the $56.00 I was entitled to as many changes that I needed to have a final product.  

Well it immediately became clear that they are not serious about designing logos.  After about 4 revisions, I asked them to refund my money.  All I ever received from them was more logos and e-mails saying how they would really appreciate it if I would give them more chances.  All these sad e-mails were exactly the same with another horrible logo attached.  

The logos looked like clip art junk.  After requesting over 8 times for a refund via e-mail, I decided to start my calling campaign.  Of course, anytime that you call, it just goes to a voice message service saying to leave your e-mail address and a message.  I have since left 3 messages.

 I then decided to dispute the charge that I sent them with paypal.  Guess what?, they denied the refund and sent me a new horrible logo!!!!  I then upped it to a full out claim and what do you know, another sad e-mail.  

Their logos are terrible and all they do is try to cheat you out of your money by hoping that you will just give up and leave them alone.  They even once told me that they were having one of the "managing designers" take care of it.  I then started receiving logos that misspelled the word "GIANT" in my logo.  Terrible.  I want a refund now!!
