I ordered a sample of Acaiberry from an e-mail I received. I thought it was ok because Rachael Ray was shown as a spokes person. I recived the sample, then a few weeks later I received a larger bottle, so I checked my checking acct., because I had only ordered the sample and in the e-mail I received I didn't see any fine print about anything else. There was an 89.31 charge to my acct. so I called my bank, they gave me a phone # that was on the charge. I called the #, they told me to send the bottle back, call them with the tracking # and they would refund me. I did all that on Nov.18th, in the mean time I found 2 charges for 29.95 to my acct., there's an offshoot Co. called Fit Factory, supposedly in fine print was a trial and needed to be canceled, I new nothing about it. They refunded me one 29.95 immediately and said the other would be taking a little longer. During all this time I have been bombarding the customer service # about my refund for the 89.31, each time I talked to someone different and each time got a different story. Today is 12-12, and I finally got my refund. Two days ago I called 2 or 3 times, finally the last time the person I talked to gave me an e-mail address after my insistance of getting ahold of someone higher up. I sent them an e-mail telling them of my frustration and wanting my money back, they responded 2 days later. The e-mail address is(customerservice@nubodi.com), hopefully this may help some of you others that have been taken in, and I plan to send and e-mail to Rachael Ray telling her of this episode.
