I moved from Chicago to CA, and my Chicago mover used these guys at the delivery end. The delivery driver required me to pay and sign the bill of lading before delivery, telling me to look over the inventory after he left and file a claim for any missing or damaged items. Well, there were a couple (about $150 total), but the insurance company denied my claim because I had signed the bill of lading.

I contacted my lawyer, who agreed with them that legally I had signed away by rights, but this was perpetrated by their driver, whether intentionally or negligently. I have filed a claim with them, and if you're reading this, it's probably because they ripped you off, too. If enough people file claims, hopefully they'll get shut down.

Good luck!
