Complaint Review: FASTRIP

Renting Sea Doo that was advertised for $75 a day from Monday to Thursday. This was Wednesday 4th of July. Najib Noori Owner Operator of FastRip at 1131 HWY 95 Bullhead City AZ 86429 had told me that for the holiday it would cost me $195.00 even though he advertised $75.I agreed to rent two for the day and he wanted $300 each as a deposit. As we were ready and inspecting the Sea Doo's one of them had damage in the bottom and his employee / partner ISA was filming the inspection, of course not the bottom but luckily I looked in the bottom and caught the damage.
During the inspection my wife had some anxiety and decided to cancel one of the Sea Doo's. Isa said "this is the time if your want to cancel". We did not do any paperwork of cancellation but verbally we said we might take another the next day. Next day we went back to the FastRip store and he wanted to charge me $195.00 on Thursday the 5th of July claiming that it was 4th of July Weekend, keep in mind the advertisement still says $75 for the day. He did not want to refund my money back from my cancellation of my wife's damaged Sea Doo prior to use. We now have to dispute this charge with the bank and really ruined our vacation.
Bad Business. I have to mention that when I returned my SeeDoo on the 4th at approx.5.20pm (due at 6pm) he was arguing with some customers as he claims that they damaged the SeeDoo that they rented and he was nice enough to charge them only $400 instead of $600. HMMMM..... Don't be fooled by this Owner Operator / FastRip I think he should change the name to Fast Rip Off... Still waiting for the $300 to be deposited back and the $195.00 that i never got nothing for but was going to rent something already damaged. July 6th 2012. Be Aware as it ids sad to ruin a vacation by getting scammed. God Bless the USA and our Rights
