I ordered a casting on aug 13.several weeks later I questioned how it was going.I was told its going well,fabulous,very good,wonderful.but saw no results.
After a month I kept writing to see what was going on and was told not to write every day.all was fine.Then I would send a few emails a week and the replies back would be only blank emails.When I asked why I was getting blank emails I was told,"I dont know.I keep sending them".This made no sense.
I then waited a week or so and not hearing anything,I wrote again.I never heard back at all.Not even a blank email.
I tried to write to the main site,but it is under maintenance.Almost a month has passed since hearing anything at all.I wrote requesting a refund and of course no reply.Their site says money back guaranteed.100%.
I just want my money back
