4/10/18 3:50 pst a guy called, and I had to ignore the call as I was working. Then I received a voicemail requesting me to call back to process a refund. I am currently waiting for a refund from another company, so I thought this was the call I was waiting for. So, I call back and a guy answered stating he is refunding me $300 for Geek Squad support that I paid for 4 years ago. I kept trying to remember and I do not recall that transaction. He requested I go in front of a computer, I used my phone instead and type in www.supportforme.com and that was an invalid web address, so he told me to type www.fastsupport.com and I just had a bad feeling about the call so I said unless he can provide me with a direct email or mail with my refund information in it, I do not feel comfortable in proceeding and he kept pressuring me. I finally just said not interested thank you and hung up.
