Faulkner - Ciocca Chevrolet Purchased a Vehicle with transmission Problems and was told its not there problem Quakertown, Pennsylvania
Purchased 2007 Chevy Silverado on March 26, 2010 with 37102 miles. On April 7th the radiator blew and caused coolant to leak into the transmission. They repaired the vehicle and stated that the previous owner had put "Leak Stop" in the radiator. The vehicle was returned to us on April 9th 2010. On April 27th 2010 the transmission started acting up again. They rebuilt the entire transmission and the vehicle was returned to us on May 5th 2010. The truck ran worse then it did before returning it to them. On May 22 2010 the truck was taking back to Faulkner. They had the vehicle for 3 days before contacting us that nothing was wrong with it and the transmission was running perfect. Upon dropping off the vehicle we spoke with management about getting a new vehicle due to the issues we were having. They didn't have nothing there we liked and they said they would find us a new truck and be in touch. They never once contacted us about the new vehicle. The truck was returned to us on May 29th. June 18th the transmission completely blew. We contacted management and they said it was covered under warrentee and it was not there problem and they were not getting us a knew truck. We put less them 5000 miles on this truck and there repair garage had the vehicle more then we did.

Full Factory Warrentee & were lied into purchasing an extended warrentee.. After being told there was no factory warrentee we later found out differently.. There were issues with this vehicle from day one..

I don't know what kind of warrantee you had with them, you did not state this but, they were very accomodating toward you. Used vehicles are "AS IS".
