fauxpanels.com Horrible product...will not reimburse...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON SAMPLES! Internet

I ordered 4 different samples while I was out of town working.  My husband received them and informed me that they were very plastic looking, did not look anything like stone or brick, and the colors were flat.  He said he was going to wait till I got home to allow me to look at them and make a final decision.  When I did arrive home (slighlty over the 30 day mark) I immediately called and left a message to return my call.  A few days later Lindsay called and I explained it to her and she would get with someone and call me back.  I waited and waited and then I called back and she answered the phone.  She said she had an answer for me and I asked why she did not call last week or even that morning.  Her answer was she would wait till at least 1030 to make her calls, what that had to do with last week I do not know.  She said I could return these samples and she would charge me a 20% restocking fee and I would have to pay for shipping.  So my $36 refund became about $10 after driving to the post office, purchasing a boxm paying for shipping and losing 20%.  Needless to say these samples are super small and they should not be charging more than $5 per sample.  COmplete ripoff company with poorly made product.  Earlierr in my conversation I had asked who had this procut ont heir walls in my area so maybe I could at least look at finished product and there was no one.  If that was not a huge hint.  Complete ripoff company with poor product and even worse customer service.  Glad I did not buy blind and found an excellent company with outstanding product.  They received all my businesss for multiple locations.
