LATEST UPDATE ON FAVEL.CA and COURT PROCEEDINGS: Richelle and Kyle Favel went to court with New Discovery Lines. The judge sided with NDL NOT Favel. Richelle is claiming they won...they did NOT! Please contact AANDERSONTRUCKING@gmail.com for the truth about what transpired in court. They continue to lie and are asking past drivers to pay what they owe!! hOW CAN THEY OWE MONEY TO A COMPANY AFTER WORKING FOR THEM?? Please continue to hold your ground and make sure you file with the court in Moosejaw. Teh judge was appalled by what she heard from the driver plus a signed affidavit from us.

We received letters from the lawyer saying that we owe THEM over ten thousand dollars. Amazing! Work for free AND have to pay them!
GOOD NEWS: Two more people have come on board with horrific stories...to the point where they were at risk of losing their business because of FAVEL TRANSPORT.
Please file with small claims court in Saskatchewan! The only way they will lose as much as we have all lost. Thank you to the internet for allowing freedom of speech about companies like this...so that nobody else gets scammed!

I spoke to the court office in Saskatchewan and they have recommended the following:
ANY DRIVERS O/O WHO HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY FAVEL TRANSPORTATION OPERATING OUT OF MOOSEJAW , SASKATCHEWAN: FILE AT SMALL CLAIMS COURT. MAXIMUM AWARDED WOULD BE 30,000...BETTER THEN THEM SAYING YOU OWE THEM MONEY! IF EVERYONE DOES THIS THEN MAYBE THE COURTS WILL LOOK AT FAVEL TRANSPORTATION, KYLE FAVEL AND RICHELLE FAVEL IN A BIT MORE DETAIL. PLEASE SHARE THIS SO THAT ALL DRIVERS GET RETRIBUTION FOR THE THEFT THAT THIS COMPANY GETS AWAY WITH ON A DAILY BASIS!
