I am a notary and was offered work through email solicitation for 2 total loss insurance inspection on August 14 and August 18, 2015 paying $30 each.  I was informed that I would be paid through paypal the next day.  I did the work, sent the invoices and waited 2 weeks for payment, and none was given.  I then sent reminder invoices about payment and heard no response.  I am planning to call Mr Dave Hauser tomorrow and see if he will keep his word to me and pay me the $60 he owes me.  I will update this as soon as I know more, but I highly recommend you to be very wary of working for this company.

First, Mr. Hauser admits in his own rebuttla that I have not been paid.  So, my claim is true, verified by him.  I have not yet been paid.  We both agree on that point.

Immediately after my initial report, I called Mr. Hauser and left a detailed voicemail to him to please call me to discuss this nonpayment and remedy this situation.  I have yet to hear back from that voicmail, and also have yet to hear back from emails containing my invoices to him showing that payment is late.  

I have worked for many different companies over the last nine years doing field work, such as inspections and notary work. If I have encountered a problem with payment, the payor is has been in communication with me about the payment and it is worked out expediently by open communication.

If what Mr. Hauser says is true that he tried to send my payment by paypal and it was rejected, or some type of technical problem, he neglected to let me know about this.  Shouldn't he have made an attempt to contact me to let me know that he was unable to send the payment?

I just got off the phone with paypal, and cofirmed with them that they have no record of of attempted payments to me by this company, Favored Pane.  They also confirmed to me that the only way that payment would have failed is if the payor used an incorrect email address.  If this was indeed the problem, shouldn't Mr. Hauser indicated this to me so that I could correct the wrong paypal addres that he was using for me?

All of this to say that I really enjoyed the inspections,and was hoping for more work from Mr. Hauser in the future, and am just dissappointed that I have not yet been paid.  All he has to do is email me or call me so that we can get this worked out.  He is not responding to my calls or emails.

We work with over 3000 inspectors and complete 20,000 plus inspections each month and have a very satisfied agent/inspector base who jump when we give them assignments because we pay very promptly.

 

This claim is not valid because the inspector/agent in questions was paid $60 to her given paypal e-mail address 3 days after completing the inspection (no one is faster at paying than that) and we did not find out that her given mail did not accept the money until 30 days later, after this posting.   We can provide screen shots in Paypal to show that we did right by this agent and emails to show that she provided the same e-mail address which never claimed the money in Paypal. 

 

We have conducted 200,000 plus inspections without complaint, so if anyone is reporting us to this site there has to be some technical issue beyond our control.
