Instead of resolving the technical issue canceled my fax account without my request. My multiple phone calls and email to Faxaway and International Telcom Ltd are remain unanswered.
I spent substantial resources on promotional material which includes the fax number provided by Faxaway,therefore, closing my account not only deprives me of fax service for which I have been paying but also makes all the printed promotional material obsolit.
