Complaint Review: FBI & Philadelphia Police Same Gun Same Guy X2

The FBI and Philadelphia Police were given this and apparently again nothing was done. How many cops out there have arrested the same person with the same exact gun two times within an 8 month period and were NEVER called to testify in court? This happened sometime ago but this guy had no permit to carry a firearm. I had encountered many persons who did have firearms and had a permit to carry which I was actually happy too see them BUT how would this occur? This guy somehow had the gun back within 8 months and was back on the street and by chance I ended up arresting him a SECOND time. I did not realize it until I went to file it in my Police records and then seen the same name and looked and just about fell over the serial number was the same on the gun and model. Now it is years later BUT I just want the PUBLIC and citizens in Philadelphia to know what di go on and what is still going on. Now hopefully a bunch of Nit Wit people don't say well I was "not around when this happened". Does it matter. You weren't around when PO Walker was gunned down either. And BTW I knew him and he was a GENTLEMAN and kind person. So Philadelphia jsut another TOP SECRET investigation wher information is given by me a lowlly cop who tried to tell the Police and FBI that they are not doing things quite right but it was easier to just get rid of me. Below are the 75-48s and the Property Reciepts for evidence submitted. Thanks
