FBK Products - Krane Products Ripoff Boiler room operation selling snake oil at best. Krane reborn to Mr. Oliver..aka The Owner - Ha! Boynton Beach Florida
They call and say that Krane is out of business and that they are the manufacturer, funny! Heard a dog barking in the background!! Then they cursed at the dog.
Similar happened to my young daughter. She answered once while I was away but the wife was home. They asked for me - my daughter said I wasn't home - their rep proceeded to yell and curse at my daughter and put her to tears. I tried many times to call them at the number that shows on callerID - no answer - ever!
Long and short - STAY CLEAR of them. Although, it seems to have only taken a month tops to morph from Krane to FBK.

I use Fbk Products, and had no problems with them once owe ever. Did you buy the septic product? And if you did how did they rip you off. The only thing you said in your report is that a Mr. Oliver called and cursed at your daughter. You also said there was a dog barking in the back round and Mr. Oliver was cursing at the dog. Now clearly Mr. T. This Mr. Oliver called you from his home and did this nasty thing to you and your family. Not from the company phone. So I can't see where the company ripped you off. If you bought the product from them and this happened after wards then you should have called the 1800 number that is on the bucket and talk to the manager and I am sure they would have taken care of the matter then and there.
