I purchased a 5yr supply of Septic Remedy in 2007 and have a 3yr supply left.  I have no idea if it's helping or not, I've seen no changes in our septic system.   FBK began calling me in July 2009 to buy another supply of Septic Remedy.  I told her I had plenty and do not need to buy more now.  Then the continual pushy calls began insisting I need the product. 

 They would not take no for an answer, would not remove me from their call list after I repeatedly asked them to, would call as early as 8:00 am and on Saturday mornings. They kept calling no matter how loudly I yelled that I will never do business with them again. I mentioned their 'F' rating with the BBB in which she rebutted repeatedly that they were rated 'A+'.

They called 8/10/09, 8/13/09, 8/15/09, 8/22/09, 8/24/09, 8/25/09, 8/27/09, then a break in September resuming 10/01/09, 10/20/09, 10/21/09, 10/23/09, 10/30/09, 10/31/09, then another break in November resuming 12/30/09.

Does the company really think that this is how they'll make sales?  Is this how a reputable company does business?  No, this is just illegal harassment!

I've reported them to the BBB, Do Not Call List, Florida Division of Consumer Services (who forwarded my info to the Florida of Consumer Affairs Division).  I also requested the mass mailing company Gardeners Market Place (who mails FBK's postcards) to discontinue FBK mailings based on the consumer complaints with the company.  I also emailed everyone in my address book to not do business with this company and asked them to forward the email to everyone in their address book an keep the email going. 

CONSUMERS TAKE ACTION - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FBK PRODUCTS.  Pass this info to everyone you know in any medium you have available to you (email, blogs, social networks, etc).  Consumer knowledge is the only way to put an end to FBK!
