We ordered this product in April 2007 to be billed to upon receipt of the product. To date, this product has not arrived. BUT!! The problems w/ the company are ongoing.

I received a phone call from a "customer service rep" w/ FBK/Septic Remedy asking if I would like to make a payment for the product. I explained the product had not arrived. At that point I was asked if I would like a replacement or an adjustment. I opted for an adjustment. The adjustment promised would be to simply clear out the acct.

Second phone call was a repeat of the first. As was the third, fourth and fifth.

The sixth phone call came from a nice young man who assured me he would personally take the information "upstairs" and make sure the acct was adjusted. I thanked him and felt this time the issue was resolved.

Oh, my!! Not only was it NOT resolved, but I had the opportunity to speak to one of the worst 'customer service reps' ever!

Phone rings this morning and I answer w/ the standard HELLO. "Jennifer" immediately starts w/ "This is Jennifer from FBK and I am going to give you one last chance to resolve this by making payment in full on this account". When she stopped for a breath, I interrupted by saying, "Jennifer, I am going to give YOU one last chance to resolve this issue. Let me explain what has been going on w/ this acct...." SHOOT!! Too late! I made the mistake of pausing.

She continued by informing me that an "investigation" had been made and the product was delivered. I agreed w/ her regarding the 'delivery' of the package, but stated the package was delivered to my porch perhaps, but NOT to my hand. Somewhere within that sentence she began to talk over me and told me in a very loud voice that THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED!!!! Ummmm.... OK. PLACED on the porch is not the same thing as "I have the package within my home". But never mind trying to say anything to JENNIFER. She knows it all and, according to her - I am lying.

I also told her I had spoken to several people prior to her and they had each promised to get this resolved. She took a huge, dramatic breath and I swear I could almost see her eyes rolling!! She said I was the only one who could resolve the problem and that would be by paying. FOR WHAT?? GRRRRR>>

Finally, I'd lost patience and told her if she continued to yammer we would never be able to communicate and get to the bottom of the problem. At this point she said, "If you don't pay, I'll turn this over to collections! It's your credit. Do what you want! I don't care!" I attempted to say something, but she simply said "Have a nice day!" and hung up. CLASSIC.

My earnest advice is to avoid this company at all costs!! The product isn't a problem, but follow up and customer service sure as heck is~!!

Harassing phone calls

I suggest reporting FBK to the Better Business Bureau at BBB.com.

For me, it stopped the harassing phone calls.
