I am a victim of this company

FBM software product (Zeroads) wasn't compatible with my anti-virus software. So, I requested a refund on Dec. 12, 2002.

Never heard from them! They have live support, so I talked to a person named Cris.

Well needless to say Jan 2003 came still no refund! Went to live chat again and explained, talked to Anthony he suggested that I e-mail again, I did.

Got a e-mail back Jan 8, 2003, saying it would take 1 to 3 weeks.
Here it is Feb.9, 2003 still no refund!!!!!!
