FCAA Board Member Under Criminal Investigation Saskatchewan
Peter Carton, Board member of the Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority, formerly the Saskatchewan Financial Services Commission, is currently under criminal investigation by the Regina Police Service in connection with Mr. Carton's actions in a proceeding of the FCAA.
The criminal charges under consideration include breach of trust by a public officer, obstruction of justice, and criminal conspiracy. Additional information will be posted as it becomes available.
