This began in October 2018. I contacted USA Advocates for assistance with getting my mortage payments lowered and to keep my home. He assured me they 750 would get my loan modified and current. That is, IF I could come up with $750 per month for five month.

I was continuely getting calls from them to resend p. b. Finally on . March 5th I got a call from Roy at FCGI answered him the next day and he started out accusing me of not sending paperwork that was needed. I had sent it all a second time but as I tried to speak,he got loud  and wouldn't listen.

Then he tells me that their company is terminating the contract. This was the night before my home was due to be sold. He said the only hope I had left was to declare bankruptcy in the morning. Like that would even be possible!

My home was sold at auction at 10am the next day. They had done absolutely nothing for me except cash my checks!
