It seems that FCNB is treating all of it's customers the same. They are giving little or no customer service. Slow processing of payments and charging huge fees without consent of the their customers. Shouldn't the Stores that contracted with FCNB be responsible? If it wasn't for us wanting to shop with Newport News, Speigel or Eddie Bauer we would never have used there suggested credit card. If anyone is interested in class action suit please contact me at anichols@alclaw.com. It is about time we as a people took care of the credit card companies and their excessive fees.
