FCNB FCNB IS RIPPING CONSUMERS OFF! What is up with the late fees? slow prossessing Beaverton Oregon

Well like the rest of the FCNB customers on here, I am sending my comments on this so called bank. Ok, my payment was due on July 5th. I mailed my payment on June 26th. There was plenty of time for the payment to get to. well where ever the payments are going now! Who knows? Well I called the new number 1-516-576-8706 repeatedly everyday to see if the payment had cleared. Nope, the balance was still the same everytime. This morning I called and guess what? They slapped me with a $35.00 late charge.

Ok, I dont think that this is fair because I have never been late nor did I intend on being late!!!!! If you call the new number though and just sit there after you enter your information, you will finally be transfered to a cardmember services representative. The lady I spoke to today was rude and useless for information purposes. I told her about the late charge on my account and she simply says, well sir youll have to write a dispute letter to cardservices. She kept insisting that I do a check payment by phone. I said for what I already sent a payment 15 days ago why would I send more. She made a threat to me that if I didnt I would have a negative mark on my credit files. So I dont know what to do now. I know there not getting anymore money from me until I know whats going on.
