FCNB (First Consumers National Bank) Bankrupt Bank will not allow me to pay off my balance, and keeps adding late fees Beaverton, Oregon

Like many many other customers, I too have been having a difficult time with FCNB.

I have sent in two checks to completely pay off my $400 balance, and FCNB has deposited neither.

My situation is very similar to "Michelle from Covina, California".

She writes, "The check has still not cleared my bank, and when I called the new long distance phone# I found that they have my account as delinquent. I am at a loss of what to do to make sure that this does not happen again. I would like to be included in any action."

The exact same thing has happen to me. It seems there is no way to get in contact with these people to pay off your balance, and they just keep adding on unjustified late fees.

If any one can help me, advise me on what to do, please do so! I want to put this horrible situation behind me.

I am also willing to be included in any action taken against this company/bank!
