I was put placed on Disibility the first part of this year. I contacted my credit card insurance and they will pay the bill as soon as FCNB would provide a copy of my April statement to them. They requested a copy over 8 times, FCNB refused to send a copy over, instead they continue to add an extra $35 a month to my account.

Finally in aug. I got them to send over a copy of my april statement. I have called several times requesting that they remove the unfair charges placed on my account, now a total of $140 which was put there unfairly. If they would have sent over the copy of the statement when requested instead of waiting for me to make a complaint to a supervisor, there would not be any over limit.

I have made payments to them every month as much as I can afford and enough to cover the minimun payment, but they continue to add $35 a month and I have asked them why and explained to them it isn't fair, and they canot give me a reson why they are doing it.

This is wrong, and everyone I spoke with has been so very rude to me. It is making my medical condition worse. What can I do? I can't find the presidents email address or I would write him/her. Thank you.
