Complaint Review: First Consumers National Bank

I dont know where else to turn...I Purchased a Gateway computer in 2001. My last 19 payments have been to FCNB everyone was on time or early. this last payment made a month ago still has yet to hit my account. I havent recieved an invoice from them in months. I dont know my payoff !!!

I have been calling the 800 # provided for at least the last week and a half looking for answers. I finally searched the web for their address or an alternate phone number. HENCE bringing me here!!!!! I am outraged Ive called Gateway and they tell me I purchased the computer from a partnering company called sales stream who buys Gateway products and resells with their own lenders. The gentle men at Gateway gave me a number to Sales stream.

After an EXTREMELY LONG time on hold I got an automated response that I had reached intela purchase...FINALLY I got a women on the phone explained my concerns an told her I need answers!! I was disconected at that point and Now Im even more OUTRAGED!! I WILL NOT MAKE ONE MORE PAYMENT UNTIL SOMEONE CAN GIVE ME ANSWERS!!!!!!
