I have been paying on this account for the past year under a credit counseling program. No payment ever went out late or under the amount due but two months ago, when the company filed bankruptcy------suddenly the fees started adding up!

Now you can't call them and they don't reply to the written statements that they tell you must provide in writing! I won't be paying them another penny until they remove the late fees that they are posting to my account inaccurately.
