     3rd time I have wriiten this so plese get it and sent to mwe so I may sent to newprot news. @ times Ihave had difficult difficult time getting credit from them when the admitted they dropped the ball and wrong item was shipped from warehouse!!  Well not my fricking problem they sent  atacky red shrug in place of a red turtleneck. This was 9-9-2009 and mailed back that same day. I reorderd the correct item which they had in confirmation e-mail but frauds , liars cheats and idiots work here and once they SCREW UP ROYALLY, They do not want to refunnd your money.. It has been bpast 6 weeks which they kept telling me to wait until 6 wks had passed as they acknowledged it was being processed int eh warehouse. Well what tthe HECK di they have working in their warehouse - pre - schoolers.. I want my credit amd i get NO answer from them but wait 6 wks and it is past that,. I tried copying and pasting this to sent but willnot work - PLEASE SEND TO MY E-MAIL SO THATi MAT SHARE WITH THEM AS I HAD BEEN threatening to do so butl like hubby said - they just enjoy your money and drawing interest - What else could it possibloy be. Stay away from here even if ordering a free item!!  They will get you 1 way or another - DONE WITH THESE IDIOTS AND REPORTING TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Please e-mail this to my e-mail. Thanks as my bp is highy elevated now!! Have a blessed day and saw many other had same problem - Warning - Stay awayunless you enjoy fraudulent sites!

Still the same old story. They send back my customer # which is unimportant. They still  cannot give a reson why they have not been able to process one single item in the warehouse they sent by mistake and probably hoped I would keep as it looked like something on the 50cent rack at Good will. Yet they send me thier daily sale e-mails as if I will ever do business with them again. I even said you are drawing interest on my money I am loosing interest and and her reply "not necessarily!!"  Liars, Chats, Thieves and Frauds work here!
