I have been trying to reach FCNB for months. You cannot reach a live person. When you enter the correct number to reach a customer service rep you get disconnected. I was trying to use the card at a hospital for an injury and the card was declined.

I have NEVER received a letter stating the company was going out of business or that my card was no good. They have charged late fees when the payments have been mailed on time and charged me the annual fee but shortly after could not use my card.

I have tried to pay my minumim amount due today and the website is no longer accessible. This company should not be allowed to collect money if there is no way to contact them or speak with anyone at FCNB.

I have attempted to phone them, sent written letters asking why I cannot reach anyone by phone and have not received any correspondance from them.
