I have called numerous times regarding my account. On the back of the bill, a number is given that customers can call Monday Friday and on Saturday (1-800-925-4976). I have been unable to reach anyone by phone. In fact, a tape recorded message is given that consumers should write a letter if they have problems with their bills. This is highly unprofessional and unheard of when dealing with credit card companies and banks. If the information on the back of the bill is inaccurate, why is it still there? I would like to speak with a live person concerning my account.

I mail my payment at least ten days before its due each month. In fact, I mail other bills that are farther away from my state than Oregon and payments arrive on time. I find it extremely ironic that the payment was due on May 30 and the late fee was incurred on May 31 which was a Saturday and then payment arrived on June 2 which was a Monday. I absolutely do not believe that my payment was late and I would like the late fee credited to my account as soon as possible.

I understand that the company has gone out of business but I think that you should have a representative available to discuss issues with customers. I am greatly disappointed with the way the company is handling business. I have never heard of such. If they are making themselves unavailable to customers then perhaps they should consider closing all accounts and definitely not charging late fees to customers who pay on time!

I would like to make all future payments by phone or on-line but that option seems to not be available since I can't actually talk to a live person. What a rip off!!
