Complaint Review: FCNB

FCNB has terminated credit card service as of 3/7/03. Many credit card holders payed a yearly fee and in many cases are due a refund. I have attemped to find out how and when they will refund that unused fee, without success.
I have since sent them the following demand letter..

Unused yearly fee amount $8.55
Interest at 1.5% per month calculated daily 12.8 cents.
late fee $25.00
