For those having problems with payments to their FCNB account, try this web address, www.cardmemberservices.net Keep in mind I had the Eddiebauer Mastercard not a Spiegel card.

I did not receive a June statment and made the payment on July 1st(the due date was June 27th) I did not receive a late fee because it was posted July 2nd so it only took a day. Another note. read the back of your monthly statement because mine states that I will only be charged a late fee if the payment is more than 10 days late.

I did mail a check to pay off the balance on June 26th and it still has not been posted. A crafty way of getting more interest.
