I fell behind on payments and repeatedly told them my circumstances - as soon as I started paying again (with what I could afford to pay) they would harass a relative of mine at all hours of the day - several times a day. I do not know how they got that number but I have not lived there in many years. I

have repeatedly asked them to remove it and contact me at my home/work nunbers but they still repeatedly harass the relatives of mine - FCNB needs to have a heart and understand that when someone asks them to remove a number from their system or substitute another one they need to comply -

I am paying what I can and harassing another family will still not make any more payments! Also they need to stop all these finance charges so I can catch up such as late fee! I also explained a family member is dying at the house they are calling and this added stress doesn't help the situation and they still keep calling that number - this has to stop!
