FCNB Wrongful charges! Rip-off! OMAHA Nebraska

I received my bill for my closed FCNB account, which I have been paying on for a year with NO late charges. Someone changed my account due date from around the 20th of the month, to the 3rd of the month and the bill was a double payment with a $35 late fee.

I called the number on the bill and protested the late fee to customer service, as my payment in April was very clearly shown. Somehow, I got charged a 1 cent, yes that is right a 1 cent late fee on a "previous cycle" purchase. I am not allowed to use this card to make purchases, it has been closed for over a year.

To make a long story short, I have mailed them a letter telling them that until my account is put back to its proper figures with the late charges removed, the proper due date put back and the proper amount showing, I am not sending another payment in to this account. I simply will not put up with this.
