FCS Incorporated Linda Johnson and/or Claire Robinson Dunning and threatening without proper paperwork Unknown Internet
This particular group emails several times per day and as much as 5 in a 1\2 hour
threaten with lawsuit, jail, etc. withholdings and the like. They are unable to accept any payments under than moneygrams - nothing can be rec'd over the computerr. They cannot supply any completed paperwork with signature. They seem to be a fraud. The gmail address finally woke me up and made me realize that thi was fraudulent.

I am continuing to receive harrassing emails from fcs.
They r now threatening me with Federal charges - by reporting me to the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. (FCRA)
To file suit again my name and social security number and with
imprisonment for 6 months!!!!!
They still have not provided me with any original signed paperwork.
Would you please give me some additional way I can solve this issue. Do I need to hire an attorney???

This company claims that I am in Violation ofn Fefderal Banking Regulations;
Collateral Check Fraud
Theft by Deception.
I note that these same charges are listed against all others.
This company does not abide by the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act.
They threaten arrest
Continue harassment
Even if a person did owe this company, they will not allow payments to be made other than having to go out and purchase a money gram or something else of this nature. And what legitimate company has a gmail address???
