I subscribed for their platinum plan (their best),which they required payment for the entire year upfront. They offer a 30 day 100% satisfaction money back guarantee. With this premium plan, they offer a free domain name regristration. Only after you submit your payment (at that time) they disclose their policy.
For my situation, I wanted to start an adult website. In there policy they state they don't host adult sites. So I requested my money back and offered to purchase my domain back.
They refused, and said just start a non-adult site instead. They also refused to transfer the domain to my registrar, even though I paid $324.40 for the hosting plan that I could not use.
Since then, They don't answer their phones and they refuse to answer any emails unless you pay $25 for a response.
I reported them to the FCC and Florida's State's Attorney's Office.
