Complaint Review: Feature

Hello,

I ordered 4 items in the Feature website and Order number 643751 was created. After 1 month and a half of waiting, they provided the delivery number 1ZX339486796336397. Upon arriving the delivery at my address. It only contains 1 item out of the 4 items I ordered.

I immediately contacted them and was advised that the 3 items were out of stock and thus, they will not be able to fulfill it. But due to the open incident with Paypal. (I reported it to them that after 30 days, I still haven't received the order so they are investigating it then Feature (Vendor) sent the package containing one item and inform Paypal that the order was already fulfilled but Paypal didn't know that it only contains 1 item then they close the case)

When I try to contact Feature, they informed me that the refunds are frozen and that I have to contact Paypal. As per Paypal advice, I need to contact Feature because the funds were already released to them when they sent confirmation that the Order was already sent to me.

I can provide proof of transactions and confirmations.
