I opened a website years ago with featureprice. When it came time to renew, I did so and was provided a new contract number. Then, months later, my website became inaccessible over night. When I tried to contact the online customer support with my contract number and required information, it said my domain named had been removed. After several attempts to contact featureprice by various means, I still haven't reached anyone.

Apparently, a new company has taken over, but they refuse to honor any of featureprice's previous contracts. My sight is dead, and the new company seems to own my domain name. I can't even buy it back because it's still listed as registered.

Now, featureprice's website is no longer on the Internet either (as of this writing). I have no new contacts and no domain name. The irony is, my other domain name that I bought through featureprice is still up and running. Yet, no access or customer support to administer it.

Corporate management did a disservice to it's customers when they abandoned their company and screwed their customers. Anyone have a new contact for whomever took over featureprice? Or are they just as criminal negligent as their predecessors?
