I have just been hung up on and lied to by your customer service reps. One Rigor G. told me that my guaranteed delivery package wasn't delivered yesterday because of snow. ( which is ironic considering the picture above has a guy delivering in the snow.) It was 60 degrees out and beautiful.

when i pointed this out to him he disconnected the chat box. so i called to talk to customer service rep. His canned responses did not address me issue and when i told him that he hung up on me. Are these the people you have representing your company? if people don't follow their scripts they hang up? I was in no way rude or unprofessional. 


I was told that the package was guaranteed to be here today by 8:00. When i pointed out that it was also guaranteed to be delivered yesterday by 8:00. I was told again that it was guaranteed to be delivered 8:00 today. You're guarantees are not worth much. especially when i have been lied to and hung up on. When i called yesterday the woman again guaranteed me that it would be here by 1:00 today. guaranteed it in fact.
I don't think that asking for the service i paid dearly for, to be performed is asking too much. being lied to and "disconnected" is childish and petty. this is not the first time a guaranteed package has been delayed and no refund has been offered.
