Complaint Review: Fed Ex Ground Delivery

FED-EX!!!!!
Don't use this shipping company for any reason. If you are a biz person, I esp warn you to chose another carrier for your important pkges. I was expecting a pkg they was mailed to me on Jan 16th, and TWO WEEKS later, it still didn't come. Emailed Fed-Ex twice with no respond to the problem. So finally on the 29Th of January I call them. The customer service rep lied and said that they had tried to deliver the pkg three times.

I told him that that was a lie b/c I have a home-based business and was here all day long. The pkg was NEVER shipped to my county according to there website tracking data. So why would they claim to have been searching for me when the pkg never came to my city that is stated on the address!!! The rep told me that because they could not find me, they had turned the pkg around to the sender. How insuffecient is that?!!!!!

They are so full of bull______. I would advise all to stay clear of FEd-EX, I believe they are not reliable and runs a rude shipping biz! I will use all my effects to warn as many people as I can reach with this info. UPS or USPS wouldnt have been so DUMB!
