SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. The customer service is terrible. I was harrassed by "Alex" whom claims to be the owner and a Lisa hung up on me on several occasions. These people promised parts within 5 -7 days and it is now three weeks and still no parts for our air conditioning during the hot months of July/August. They never called to give status and lied when I phoned for status. One person says parts are in, another says special order, another says still waiting for arrival, another is still waiting for a call back. The Technician that came out to inspect my air conditioning unit did not know how to speak or write English well. I strongly recommend using any other company but this one. I was refer to them by First American Home Buyers Protection, another looser company.
