I received a call from 573-340-5662 from a Brandon Brown stating he was an Attorney from the Federal Bureau of Legislation. He stated I am being sued and supened for stealing money and not paying money that was sent to me. I asked who and what was the suet for and he stated a case number and told me that I would receive my paperwork to appear in court. I asked in court where and he said maam that will be sent to you. He then stated that he could check with his superior to see if the situation can be resolved with payment to avoid going to court.

He put me on hold for a few minutes and came back and said I needed to fax a letter stating the following. Attention: Brandon Brown, my last 4 numbers of my social security number, the case # he gave me, subject- case resolving letter and write the following: I ............. had no intentions to skip payment. But now I want to fix this issue by making a payment of ...... on Jan. .... 2010. Make payments through western union. Please except this payment and fix this issue. He then told me that I needed to send a copy of my drivers license as well to verify I was the right person. I asked what was the western union address and he said someone will call with that information.

Do not give this scammer anything. The next time he calls tell him you hired a voodoo high priestess to put a death hex on him.
