Ordered twice now, two Steam Decks, which the same driver caught on neighbors security camera, deleberately left on sidewalk in front of someone's home in the rain, under a rain gutter which obviously damaged the first shipment, filling the box with water. What is so strange about this, is the fact the FedEx driver clearly showed he didn't care where he put the shipment. The security footage isn't even needed, because the driver thought it was funny to do this and take their own picture. The fact this was deleberately done by FedEx, was because after talking at length, FedEx promised it wouldn't happen again so when the replacement was sent, the driver did the same exact thing!

After investing Federal Express, it came to my attention this is happening all over the USA, not just me. I'm shocked the two instances the box was not stolen being left out like this on the sidewalk, especially when the box it's shipped in, clearly shows what the item is. 

Federal express has paid out very little claims for shipments like this. I already filled out a claim for the first one, and this time I'm going to use small claims to collect, especially with the apology Federal Express gave, then repeated the incident a second time.
