FEDEX OFFICE CRIMINAL ACTS, CORRUPTION, OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTITION, SABOTAGE, UNFAIRE PRACTICE, MENTAL ANGUISH!
I did not know that the peopel who filed three (3) lawsuit with forgery in my name, a life insurances and assets for 1/2 million also with forgery in my name, followed me everywhere, and corrupted everbody, inclusive the FEDEX OFFICE where I went for a velo binding of my legal documents.
These peopele poison my air with Crabon Monoxide and toxic gases, stole evidence from the Court, falsified the deposition, corrupted doctors, hopsitalls, insurances to cover their criminal acts. In 2011, they killed and my withness.
THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW AND CAPABLE OF EVERYTHING!

In the week before September 26, 2011, I descovered missing some folders in my copy sent to Court of Appeal, after was binding also in FedEx Office. I did complaint. On September 26, 2011 again was missing legal evidences. My complaint in (EXHIBIT PG. 1). NO ANSWER!
On June 26, 2013 I went againt to velo binding some legal documents. I checked in the store if was missing something. And again legal documents was stolen by the FedEx staff paid by somebody.
Before I left the store , I spoke with the staff , and she did not take responsibility. I did complaint , and I did an affidavit ( EXHIBIT Pg. 2, 3, 4 ) regarding these ilelgal acts done by the corrupted FEDEX OFFICE staff. NO ANY ANSWER!
Trying to prepare my Appeal with Merck Company, I descovered that in 2010, FEDEX OFFICE who velo binding my PETITION FOR WRIT OF CERTIORARY with my case against UNUM PROVIDENT IN US SUPREME COURT Docket No: 10-7488, was also mutilated , and doctors' medical reports stolen.
Posible in the same way was mutilated my Brief with Merck Company in the Appelate Court for the Fifth Circuit.
I accuse FEDEX OFFICE for :
FEDEX OFFICE IS FREE TO DEFEND MY ACCUSATIONS!

Thank you for your answer. Please do not do not say : “ Im sorry to say this but….” You are right. What happen to me is almost incredible, for this I suggest you, and to everybody who read my reports to say every day : “ Thank you God because I have fresh air “!
To better understand me I attach to my answer a Building Expert Expertise ( Exhibit Pg. 1, 2), who found in the apartment own by the Glencord Building Corporation , High Level of Carbon Monoxide [ not Dioxide] on June 3, 2009, even the apartment was disconnected at any source of gas from February 2009, by the gas company and me I was staying in hotel.
It is hard to understand but this is the truth! I could not stay in my 16 years rent apartemnt , without mask on my face more than 10-15 minutes and all windows opened. It was teribel. Very toxic air!
Regarding, your pledge for FedEx, Merck, Glencord, EMSL, Con Edison, Kidde Company, Apple, please leave their smart and well paid lawyers to defend the “ bad guy” in conspiracy.
These “ bad guy” did not want for me happiness since filed three(3) lawsuit with forgery in my name, a life insurances for ½ million and much more.
If you are curios I will send you proof for my affirmations.
Additionally, not randomly they stole the evidence from the Court , from Fed Ex, and from my file, falsified the deposition, ignored the Subpoena Duces Tecum, the Courts’ Orders et al.
They were sure I will pass away with so many poisoning of Carbon Monoxide and toxic gases.
Theirs lawyer are free to defend his clients!!

I have read ALL of your posts on this subject. Where I feel you may have a case against your landlords, your accusations fired at everyone else sound crazy. Listen you live in one of the most violent cities in the world. If they really wanted you gone, they could pay some gangbanger a couple hundred bucks and solve thier problem that way. You would simply be a victim of random street violence. When you attempt to accuse these ppl of conspiracy, you have to think like they would. In this you would get a bit of understanding. YOU ARE NOTHING TO THEM!!! Less then a bug. To them you are nothing more then a fly buzzing around. If they wanted to get rid of a fly they grab a rolled up paper or flyswatter and splat. They would treat you the same way. The quickest and most effecient way to remove the problem.
What you suggest is that you are so much more important to them that they would try covert actions to get rid of you. Lets face it, you dont kill a fly with a nuke. You grab that flyswatter.

Im sorry to say this but how can someone defend against your accusations. First its the building you live in, then its the ppl who made the carbon dioxide detecters, then it was Apple, now its fedex. You are throwing blanket accusations out there accusing ppl of WILLFULLY destroying your paperwork. Then you have the nerve to accuse them of being bought off by "someone". See thats the major problem. You are seeing a conspiracy where none appear to exist. You have accused atleast 3 major corporations of colussion in your case. None of which you have any proof against. When someone asks about proof, you fall back on "they stole it".
So yet again I ask how can someone actually defend themselves against your accusations?? If they were to succesfully refute your claim, you would just accuse them of something else. Im sure you have a legal issue, but dont you need a couple of things in order to be succesful in court. Like motive, opportunity, and oh yea proof. Also a "culprit" or "bad guy".
All I see when I read your posts is someone frustrated and lashing out at anyone they can put the blame on. Yes there is every chance that you had a Carbon Dioxide issue in your home. But your accusations simply put you in the "Tin Foil Hat Club". They stole your papers, They killed your witness, They are plotting against you. Can you not see how crazy this all sounds. Maybe you need to hire a actual attorney. But from your posts and your own admissions, no lawyer wishes to take up your case. Did you ever stop and think that they may be on to something.
I would suggest that you move out of that area and get yourself into a nice place and try and put this all behind you as just a bad few years in your life. Otherwise youre going to drive yourself crazy trying to go after a imagined conspiracy and attempting to punish innocent ppl for the wrongs YOU percieve. You are blaming others for the descions you have made in your life and you expect them to be held accountable. YOU moved into that area. YOU continued to live there despite having a health issue from doing so. You chose to go to Apple. You chose to go to Fedex. See what Im saying. YOU made these choices.
In order for them to do what you have accused atleast Apple and FEDEX of you would have to had someone following you around all day everyday. That someone would have to know what and when you would be going to any individual place and at what time so they would be able to get there ahead of you. Then find someone who would be willing to put thier job in danger AND accept a bribe or payoff, then have them saboatge you. So unless you have a ninja stealth team that has bugged everything in your home AND high level psychics to read your EVERY thought plus a full team of ppl to follow you WITHOUT being seen once, then you are just seeing something not there. The logicstic involved in everything you have posted to have ppl do as you have accused is WAYYYYYYYYYYYY more money and time then the ppl you have accused would be willing to pay. If your not sueing them for BILLIONS of dollars then they wouldnt bother.
