I was offered a grant of over 7900 dollars because I paid my taxes on time and hadn't filed for bankruptcy before. I was to use the money for bills and not entertainment and the remainder I could use for personal shopping.

I have a complaint against this same person:  ALAN COOPER!   He Is a gigantic fraud!   I received a fraudlent court summons from this man claiming that I defaulted on an internet payday loan.  I would be arrested and charged and be ruined.   So, ignore this man, this scam, and don't get stressed out!   I even checked out the website, phone numbers and everything.  The e-mail and website is bogus!  It does not even exist!   When you try to get these people on the phone, they say nothing, and even sound as if they are calling from a foreign country.  You can not understand anything they say!  The area code and phone number is bogus!  His name does not even appear on a roster in the Eastern District Attorney General list in Spokane Washington!   I was worried at one point, until I decided to investiate on my own, and found out they are doing this to a lot of people accross the country.   I feel at ease now!
