Complaint Review: Federal Grant Processing

Just letting the everyone know that someone called me telling me that if I gave him (them) my check # that they would give me 8000$. They said that they were a US Gov agency that was giving me a grant.. He used the name Goleie Hanks and the # 0895 -6. He couldn't keep the same # when I asked. He also said that he would send me a package in 7 to 14 days to sign and send back this was definitely a SCAM If you get the please don't fall for it. He was Of Arab descent I could tell by his voice and the people talking to him in the background. He new I was called Donnie, my address, and bank name. They also asked for a 249$ processing fee. They went under the name of Federal Grant Processing Center..
