Complaint Review: Federal Grants Network

signed up for somthing too good to be true. they said they had a free cd which wasnt free b/c of shipping and handling. said it would unlock ways to obtain free money the government is giving out.

ive yet to see any info on that. i didnt get the cd and i havent gotten free grant money either. found out that they have been charging me 49.95 every month for somthin i didnt use. called the bank to file a dispute and the bank gave me their customer service number which is 888-529-3582 by the way. and do expect to be on hold for a while.

anyways, finally got to a real person and told her i wanted a refund. she responded by saying if u didnt get the cd we can send u another one and if u didnt use the service you had access to it. arghh!! never again!!

im currently trying to get the charges reversed. if you have any info that may help me in my situation let me know, thanks. just say no to federal grant network.
